Afghan Man Dies at Guantánamo

The U.S. military has announced a 48-year-old Afghan man has died at the
military prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. Authorities said Awal Malim Gul
died shortly after using an elliptical trainer, a stationary exercise
machine. Gul had been held at Guantánamo for nearly nine years without
charge.
