Healthcare Repeal Defeated in Senate 
-------------------------------------



On Capitol Hill, Senate Republicans have failed to repeal President
Obama's year-old healthcare law in a close vote. Republicans conceded
their attempt was largely symbolic but argued it forced Democrats to
take a position on the issue. The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule
on the constitutionality of the law after a series of conflicting
decisions by federal judges.
