Retired Judge Heads Up Egyptian Constitutional Committee

Egypt's new army rulers have appointed a retired judge named Tareq
al-Bishry to head a committee set up to suggest constitutional changes.
Meanwhile, the director of public security at Egypt's Interior Ministry,
and Cairo's security chief, have been fired for their involvement in the
decision to open fire on pro-democracy protesters during the uprising.
