At least 17 people were reportedly killed and 47 wounded Sunday in the fourth straight day of bombing. Evacuees say conditions are worsening with shortages of food, medical supplies, electricity and water. Meanwhile, in eastern Libya, rebel forces were able to repel a government assault on the town of Ajdabiya following a weekend of intense fighting.
