Challenge to Wisconsin Anti-Union Law Dismissed

A Wisconsin judge has struck down one of three lawsuits challenging Gov.
Scott Walker's anti-union law. The suit from Dane County executive
Kathleen Falk was dismissed on the grounds civic entities cannot
challenge the constitutionality of state laws.
