U.S. Continues Major Role in Libya Campaign

The Pentagon has acknowledged that the United States continues to play a
major role in the attack on the Libyan government. U.S. forces have
flown 35 percent of all air missions in Libya over the last 10 days,
including bombing runs, surveillance and refueling operations. NATO
assumed formal control of the bombing campaign earlier this month.
