Judge Upholds Ban on Elements of Arizona Immigration Law

Immigrant rights advocates won a victory in court Monday when the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit upheld a judge's ban on the most
controversial parts of Arizona's new immigration law. The law would
require police officers to stop and interrogate anyone they suspect is
an undocumented immigrant.
