BP: Denial of Drilling Permit Threatens Gulf Coast Claims

In other oil drilling news, the New York Times is reporting BP has
warned Congress that if lawmakers pass legislation barring the company
from new offshore drilling permits, it may not have the funds to pay for
all the damages caused by its Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
