Obama Admin Sued over Lifting of Deepwater Drilling Ban

The Center for Biological Diversity has filed a lawsuit in federal court
to block the Obama administration from lifting the moratorium on
deepwater oil drilling. The suit charges that Interior Secretary Ken
Salazar violated the National Environmental Policy Act by failing to
prepare an environmental impact statement before he lifted the ban on
drilling.
