US Soldier Charged with Killing 2 Troops

In Iraq, a US soldier has been charged with the killing of two other
soldiers and wounding another in Fallujah last month. Army Specialist
Neftaly Platero was charged with two counts of murder and one count of
attempted murder. The military says the soldiers had gotten into a
verbal altercation that turned violent.
