Student Strike Shuts Down University of Puerto Rico

The University of Puerto Rico remains shut down 13 days after the start
of a student strike to protest $100 million budget cuts. The protest
began at the main University of Puerto Rico campus in Rio Piedras but
has since spread to four other campuses.
