May 3, 2010 Pakistani Man Convicted For Role in 2008 Mumbai Attacks ------------------------------------------------------- An Indian court has convicted a Pakistani man on charges of murder and waging war for his role in the 2008 Mumbai attacks that left 166 people dead. The Pakistani man, Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, was the lone survivor of the attack’s 10 gunmen. Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty for Kasab. Two Indians accused of helping plot the attacks were acquitted. .
