Anesthesiologists Face Censure For Participating in Executions

In death penalty news, the American Board of Anesthesiologists has
threatened to revoke the certification of any member who participates in
executing a prisoner by lethal injection. Board Secretary Mark Rockoff
told the Washington Post the decision reflects the board’s belief that
“we are healers, not executioners.”
