Friend: Kagan’s Judicial Views Remain “Something of a Mystery”

Elena’s Kagan nomination has divided many progressive Democrats in part
because so little is known about her judicial views. On Monday CNN
analyst Jeffrey Toobin said, “her own views were and are something of a
mystery.” Toobin is a longtime friend of Kagan and former classmate at
Harvard Law.
