EPA to Delay Regulating Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson has
officially announced the Obama administration will delay regulating
greenhouse gas pollution from coal-fired power plants and oil refineries
until at least January 2011.
