Google Closes Search Engine in China
------------------------------------



The internet giant Google has closed its online search engine in China
just two months after threatening to leave over censorship and cyber
attacks from local hackers. Google is now directing Chinese users to an
uncensored search engine based in Hong Kong. Most other Google
operations will continue to operate in China.
