Tropical Storm Alex May Impact Cleanup of BP Spill

In news from the Gulf of Mexico, authorities are closely monitoring
Tropical Storm Alex, which is threatening to become the first storm of
the hurricane season. The storm could delay efforts by BP to increase
the amount of oil it is capturing from the massive oil leak that is
