Ex-Defense Minister Wins Colombia Vote

In Colombia, former Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos has won a
run-off vote in the country’s presidential election, overwhelmingly
beating out rival candidate Antanas Mockus of the Green Party. Santos
has vowed to continue the policies of outgoing Colombian President
Álvaro Uribe.
