Puerto Rican Analyst Juan Manuel García Passalacqua, 73, Dies

In other news from Puerto Rico, Juan Manuel García Passalacqua has died
at the age of 73. He was a well know Puerto Rican attorney, political
analyst and historian. After his death on Friday, Puerto Rican Governor
Luis Fortuño declared three days of mourning.
