Cleanup Workers Photographed Without Protective Gear

The investigative news website Pro Publica, meanwhile, has published
photographs of oil spill cleanup workers in Galveston, Texas working
without protective gear. The photographs show the workers cleaning
potentially oiled debris on beaches without coveralls, rubber boots, and
even gloves.
