Over 60 Die in Twin Bombs Blasts in Uganda

In news from Africa, at least 64 people died Sunday in a pair of bomb
explosions in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. One blast hit an Ethiopian
restaurant where people had gathered to watch the World Cup Finals.
Ugandan officials blamed the Somali militant group al-Shabab of carrying
out strikes but no arrests have been made in connection to the attack.
