Canadian Air Force Commander Charged with Murder

The commander of Canada’s biggest Air Force base has been charged with
first-degree murder in the deaths of two women. Col. Russell Williams
was commander of Canadian Forces Base Trenton in Ontario. Williams was
also charged in the sexual assaults of two other women.
