Wall St. Securities Bonuses Up 17%

New figures show bonuses at Wall Street securities firms rose 17 percent
last year to $20.3 billion. The New York State Comptroller’s office says
profits at those firms are on pace to reach $55 billion for 2009, three
times the previous record.
