Va. Governor Rescinds Workplace Protections for Gay Men and Lesbians

In Virginia, Republican Governor Bob Mc Donnell has rescinded state
protections for gay men and lesbians in the workplace. Mc Donnell
recently issued an executive order excluding sexual orientation from the
state’s non-discrimination policy, undoing the policy of his
predecessor, Timothy Kaine.
