U.S. Diplomat: China Has "No Morals"

The Wiki Leaks U.S. diplomatic cables also show heightened U.S. concerns
over Chinese and Russian interest in African oil. In a meeting with oil
company executives, Johnnie Carson, the assistant secretary of state for
African Affairs, says, "China is a very aggressive and pernicious
economic competitor with no morals. China is not in Africa for
altruistic reasons. China is in Africa for China primarily.’’
