Supreme Court to Hear Walmart Challenge to Discrimination Case

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the retail giant Walmart’s
challenge to a class action lawsuit alleging gender discrimination
against female employees. Hundreds of thousands of female Walmart
employees have sought to sue Walmart as a single class over allegations
they received lower pay and less promotions than male co-workers. The
case could mark the largest class action employment discrimination suit
in U.S. history.
