Local Community Radio Act Passes in Senate

In other news from Capitol Hill, the Senate has passed the Local
Community Radio Act, which will open up more of the radio dial for new
Low Power FM stations. The Prometheus Radio Project and other media
advocates have been pushing for the legislation for 10 years.
