WikiLeaks Announces Release of CIA Paper

The online whistleblower site Wiki Leaks says it’s preparing to unveil a
new US government document today. In a Twitter message, the group said
it plans to release a "CIA paper." It’s unclear if the release is linked
to the 15,000 US government documents Wiki Leaks says it withheld after
releasing some 76,000 documents on the Afghan war last month.
