Justice Dept. Sues KBR For Security Billing

The Justice Department has filed a civil lawsuit against the war
contractor KBR for allegedly billing the U.S. military for unauthorized
security costs in Iraq. The suit accuses KBR of repeatedly charging the
Army for private security guards without permission.
