Kirk Sworn In as Interim Kennedy Successor

On Capitol Hill, Paul Kirk has been sworn in as the interim successor to
the late Senator Edward Kennedy. Kirk will fill the seat until a special
election is held in January. His swearing-in marks the first time since
1962 the Senate is without a Kennedy family member.
