Suspect in 1994 Rwandan Genocide Arrested

Police in Uganda have arrested one of the most wanted suspects in the
1994 Rwandan genocide. Rwanda’s former intelligence chief Idelphonse
Nizeyimana is accused of organizing the killing of thousands of ethnic
Tutsis, including the revered former queen.
