Senate Bill Won’t Force Businesses to Provide Health Insurance

It appears that the Democratic leadership in the Senate has decided not
to include a provision in its healthcare bill that would require
businesses to provide health insurance to workers. But under the
proposed legislation, large firms may be penalized if any of their
workers need government subsidies to buy coverage on their own.
