US Troops Kill Four Afghan Civilians
------------------------------------



In other news from Afghanistan, US troops shot and killed four Afghan
civilians driving in a car on Saturday in Kandahar. The dead included
two children and a woman. A NATO spokesperson said US forces fired on
the car because it failed to stop when repeatedly signaled to do so.
