Report: Disabled People More Likely to Be Victims of Crime

A new study by the Justice Department has found that disabled people are
50 percent more likely to be victims of violent crime than non-disabled
people. Michael Rand, a co-author of the study, said, "It’s clear that,
overall, people with disabilities are more vulnerable to being a victim
of violent crime than others.”
