Thousands Mark 20th Anniversary of the Fall of Berlin Wall

And tens of thousands of people are gathering in Berlin today to
celebrate the events of November 9, 1989, when the Berlin Wall fell. The
event precipitated the collapse of the Soviet Union and led to German
reunification within less than a year.
