Election Day in Virginia, New Jersey and New York

And today is Election Day in parts of the country. Voters in Virginia
and New Jersey will choose governors. New York City residents will
decide whether to elect Mike Bloomberg to a third term. And in Upstate
New York, a special election is being held in the 23rd congressional
district.
