Report: Obama To Announce Plans to Send 34,000 More Troops

On Monday night President Barack Obama met with his national security
team to finalize plans to escalate the war in Afghanistan. Obama is
expected to announce his decision next Tuesday but the Mc Clatchy
Newspapers is reporting the president has already decided to send 34,000
additional U.S. troops over the next year to Afghanistan.
