Report: Stress Tests Show 10 Banks Need More Capital

The Wall Street Journal reports the Obama administration is expected to
direct about ten of the nineteen banks undergoing government stress
tests to boost their capital. The exact number of banks affected remains
under discussion. It could include Wells Fargo, Bank of America,
Citigroup and several regional banks.
