Sri Lankan Army Shells Hospital, 64 Killed

In Sri Lanka, at least sixty-four people died Saturday after the Sri
Lankan army shelled a makeshift hospital inside a civilian safe zone.
Sri Lanka has rejected calls for a ceasefire as it attempts to eliminate
the Tamil Tigers. Tens of thousands of civilians remain trapped in the
conflict zone. Another 200,000 civilians are living in displacement
camps.
