Record 12% in Foreclosure, Behind on Payments

New figures show a record 12 percent of Americans are behind on their
mortgage payments or in foreclosure. The Mortgage Banker Association
says the first quarter results mark a four percent rise from the same
period last year. Subprime loans accounted for more than 43 percent of
delinquent mortgages.
