Blackwater Guards Shot Civilian Car in Afghanistan

Four US contractors affiliated with the company formerly known as
Blackwater fired on an approaching civilian vehicle in Kabul earlier
this month, wounding at least two Afghan civilians. The contractors were
off-duty at the time and had been reportedly drinking.
