Couple Accused of Spying for Cuba
---------------------------------



A former State Department analyst and his wife have been arrested on
accusations they spied for the Cuban government for nearly thirty years.
Former Cuban leader Fidel Castro called the charges ridiculous and
questioned the timing of the arrests. Walter Kendall Myers and his wife
Gwendolyn were arrested just days after the Organization of American
States lifted its forty-seven-year suspension of Cuba.
