U.S. Mulls Regulation of Speculative Oil, Gas Trading

Federal regulators have announced they’re considering new curbs on
speculative trading in energy markets. The Commodity Futures Trading
Commission says it may impose caps on oil and gas trading to help temper
drastic swings in commodity prices.
