July Toll Equals Deadliest Month of Afghan Occupation for Foreign Troops

In Afghanistan, the death toll for foreign troops this month has equaled
its highest of any month since the U.S.-led invasion of 2001. One
American and two Turkish soldiers died on Wednesday, bringing July’s
foreign troop toll to forty-six so far.
