Denver School Chief to Become Colorado Senator

In Colorado, Democratic Governor Bill Ritter has named Denver Public
Schools superintendent Michael Bennet to fill Senator Ken Salazar’s
seat. Salazar is President-elect Barack Obama’s nominee to head the
Interior Department.
