Iraqi Couple Killed in US House Raid
------------------------------------



In Iraq, US soldiers killed an Iraqi couple and wounded their
eight-year-old daughter during a house raid in the northern city of
Kirkuk. The raid targeted the home of a former general in Saddam
Hussein’s army. Meanwhile, the Iraqi government has announced plans to
reopen the infamous Abu Ghraib prison under a new name: Baghdad’s
Central Prison.
