Obama: Guantanamo Will Not Be Closed in First 100 Days

On Sunday, President-elect Barack Obama was asked on ABC’s This Week if
he plans to close Guantanamo in his first 100 days.

President-elect Barack Obama: "That is a challenge. I think it’s going
to take some time, and our legal teams are working in consultation with
our national security apparatus, as we speak, to help design exactly
what we need to do.”
