TVA: Coal Ash Spill to Cost Up to $800 Million to Clean

The Tennessee Valley Authority says it may cost over $800 million to
clean up last year’s massive coal ash spill at a Tennessee coal plant.
1.1 billion gallons of coal ash sludge spilled from a containment pond,
flooding homes and nearby water sources.
