Chile to Hold Runoff Vote

Chile is headed to a runoff vote after Sunday’s presidential election
failed to produce a clear winner. Right-wing billionaire Sebastian
Pinera came out ahead with 44 percent of the vote. He’ll face off
against former Chilean President Eduardo Frei in a second round next
month.
