Court: Comcast Can Control More of Cable Market

Here in this country, Comcast, the nation’s largest cable television
provider, has won a federal court ruling that will allow it to grow even
larger. On Friday, a federal court tossed out a Federal Communications
Commission rule that prevented cable companies from controlling more
than 30 percent of the market.
